quality
As a founding participant (1990) in the worldwide
network of rural exchanges yearly conference, lRE is committed to
assuring the "quality of service" provided by our type
of program. As a way of ensuring this, we fully endorse the Code
of Practice or Principals & Criteria now being developed.
While already meeting many of these standards, IRE is actively working
to further lift the "quality of experience" gained by
people using what we work to provide. While probably being too long
& detailed to interest many users of our service, we display
this here simply to note the type of philosophy behind our organization.
